Tom Sandovalโs girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson was arrested after the two got into an argument during which her father was pushed into a burning fire pit.
Sandoval, known for her โScandovalโ scam that erupted on the reality show โVanderpump Rules,โ filed a restraining order against the model and her father J. Will Robinson (who goes by Will) in connection with the June 3 incident, which was partially captured on video. He was granted a temporary restraining order and a subsequent hearing was scheduled for July 16.
According to court documents obtained by The Times, the argument between Sandoval, Victoria Robinson and J. Will Robinson occurred in the early morning after the couple returned home from a party at a bar. In the petition, Sandoval alleged that since they became a couple in February 2024, Victoria Lee Robinson had been violent and physically assaulted him, as well as changing his phone and social media passwords and tracking him using Airtags.
โThe most recent physical incident occurred on June 3rd when (she) punched me in the face, injuring my neck and ear. During the same incident, Mr. Robinson grabbed me and punched an approximately 12-inch hole in the door of my spare bedroom where I had barricaded myself,โ the petition states.
In video obtained by TMZ, which captured part of the June 3 incident, Victoria Robinson and Will Robinson are sitting next to a lit fire on the patio when Sandoval and Will Robinson begin arguing. Sandoval can be heard yelling at Will Robinson before he asks Victoria Robinson if she is recording and approaches her. Will Robinson stands up and hugs Sandoval, seemingly to force him to back away from Victoria Robinson, and Sandoval turns and pushes Will Robinson, who falls back into the burning pit of fire.
After Will Robinson gets back up, he rushes after Sandoval into the house while Victoria Robinson screams for the men to stop.
The fight escalated and Will Robinson called police while Sandoval hid in an extra bedroom, according to the petition. When police arrived, the petition claims Sandoval was initially handcuffed, but after viewing the footage, Victoria Robinson was arrested for battery of an intimate partner.
Robinson agreed and was released the same day. The Los Angeles Police Department could not confirm the reason for Victoria Robinsonโs arrest.
Representatives for Sandoval did not immediately respond to The Timesโ request for comment. Victoria Robinson could not be reached for comment.
According to the petition, Victoria Robinson and her father lived in a rented home in Los Angeles with Sandoval. Since the June 3 incident, the reality TV star has been bouncing between hotels and friendsโ homes, according to documents.
Will Robinson told TMZ: โThe prosecutor brought the case for a reason. I pulled Tom away from my daughter because he was overpowering her, twisting her arm and trying to aggressively take her phone after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.โ
โThis is my daughterโs house and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and away from his lies and drunken insults,โ Robinson said.
