lEmergency services were mobilized this Monday, July 27, in the morning in Odingen, following reports of a body washed ashore.
The alarm was raised at 9:14 am. According to our initial information, this is a rotting body found washed up by the waves at the foot of the Crane aux Ufs cliff in Odingen. The rescue and casualty assistance vehicle (VSAV) as well as the SMUR team were involved in this intervention. About ten gendarmes from the Marchioness Company responded to the scene, and reinforcements from Odingen also arrived at the scene, as well as the Anti-Illegal Immigration Team (LIC) and the Group for Intelligence and Intervention in Hazardous Environments (GRIMP).
A helicopter has been mobilized to remove the body and should arrive in a few minutes.
