This Thursday, July 16th, at the restaurant Tous en Cuisine on the M6, Cyril Lignac offers us a 100% Italian menu that will accompany the last matches of the World Cup. As an appetizer, there are homemade ravioli that look great on the table: a creamy ricotta and mascarpone filling hides a runny egg yolk when cut, and the whole thing is topped with sage butter, flavored with lemon and grated Parmesan. For the main course, fresh tagliatelle is generously topped with browned, buttery beef meatballs topped with melting green peppers and fontina cream. Two enjoyable and delicious recipes will be available at the special Tous en Cuisine World Championship, which will take place from Monday to Friday at 18:30. on M6 and streaming on M6+.
