More than a year after he first put his London home on the market, Graham Norton has slashed his asking price by £700,000.
The broadcaster’s Grade II listed Georgian house, on the banks of the River Thames in Wapping, was originally put on the market for £4.95 million in April 2025. It has now been relisted at £4.25 million – and the search for a buyer continues.
The Eurovision presenter lived in the house for two decades before deciding to sell it, saying he finally felt “brave enough to make huge changes” in his life.
Built in 1811, the house is part of two terraces that were originally built for the dockmasters and customs house. The former entrance to the London Docks now serves as a beautiful garden between the houses, offering unspoilt views of the river.
The layout is truly spacious, spanning four floors and comprising a large hallway, two reception rooms, three double bedrooms, a bright open plan entertaining space and a huge master suite taking up the entire top floor. Features such as vaulted ceilings, wood beams and original floorboards perfectly highlight the home’s rich history.

Speaking about his home, Graham previously said: “I have really enjoyed my time at Pier Head over the last 20 years. The home has the perfect combination of cozy and open plan living overlooking the river. It was the ideal home for many memorable events, as well as a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city.
“I know I’ll miss waking up to the river with big skies and boats gliding past, but life moves on and I have to too. This is a truly special place and I look forward to meeting someone who appreciates it as much as I do.”

Outside, the new owners will benefit from a secluded, low-maintenance private garden, a beautiful courtyard and access to the beach, which opens twice daily at low tide.
Simon Boulton, partner at Knight Frank, said: “It is incredibly rare to find a Georgian property of this quality and scale in such a prominent position overlooking the Thames. As well as the historic features of the main house, what really sets it apart is the converted warehouse which offers fantastic flexible space for entertaining or additional living.
“Complemented by private garden space and iconic views of London, the hotel offers the opportunity to own a carefully preserved maritime heritage site.”
The London home is one of two that Graham put on the market in May last year. He also listed his historic New York carriage house in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighborhood, one of just 10 converted former stables tucked away in small, gated stables. The character property, listed through the Corcoran Group, has already sold for $5.3 million. Graham bought it from supermodel Claudia Schiffer in 2002.
Graham’s London property is still on the market for £4.25 million through Knight Frank.
