According to GiveMeSport journalist Ben Jacobs, Parkhead are interested in signing the defender this summer.
It is claimed that arrangements have been made regarding his availability as Celtic look for another defensive option.
Celtic currently have Kieran Tierney at left-back but will not have Marcelo Saracchi after the player confirmed he will not be moving to Parkhead this summer.

This means Martin O’Neill can easily play at left-back, barring Liam Scales being moved into that role from his more familiar centre-back position.
Interestingly, former Hearts defender Penrice has been heavily linked with a move to Rangers in recent transfer windows.
Reports from Greece suggested Rangers’ bid for Penrice was rejected during the January window.
