The Quebec Summer Festival celebrates the start of summer with eleven days of outdoor festivities featuring international and local artists. FEQ will return from July 9 to 19, 2026. fast approaching atuvu.ca has put together a list of 7 must-see local, Quebec or Canadian acts you can’t miss this year.

Souldia

On Monday, July 13, the Plains of Abraham will host Souldia for what promises to be a colorful carte blanche. Following the recent release of his new album entitled MONSTER, The Limualu rapper storms the Bell stage at FEQ to ignite the audience he has built over the years. Surrounded by DJ Manifest, Tom Viti and Ryan Stevenson, he invites Roxanne Bruno, Jay Scott, Manu Militari, Die-On, Lost, White-B, MB, Rymz, Flo DiCaprio and Mariem. Souldia will be preceded by the duo of Koriass and FouKi, which promises to excite the audience.

Safety

The following day, Tuesday, July 14, Montreal punk band La Sécurité, which precedes Les Lunatiques, will take to the Crave stage at Place D’Youville for a completely free performance. Their poetically nervous music, suggesting an exciting dissonance, promises to make the audience move involuntarily. The band recently released an album Bingo!to listen if you haven’t already.

Patrick Watson

That same evening on the Plains of Abraham, Patrick Watson storms the Bell stage to offer festival-goers a unique carte blanche, preceded by a performance by Cloe Pelgag. This Patrick Watson offering is designed to be an experience that blends intimacy with the vastness of the plains. Surrounded by Clo Pelgag, Martha Wainwright, La Force and Hohnen Ford, the Montreal artist weaves a sensual and communal stage space into his artistic language. Patrick Watson wants to offer a brave, humane and intense evening where music finds its way into everyone’s hearts.

Lost

Also on Tuesday, July 14, Cameroonian-born rapper Lost, preceded by NA$-T, will take to the Sirius XM stage at George V Square. The artist, who has established himself in the Quebec rap scene since his debut in 2009, will perform in the capital, buoyed by the recent release of his latest album. KAMAN.

Aryan Roy

On Saturday, July 18, Ariana Roy will meet on the Hydro-Québec stage at the Place de l’Assemblee-Nationale. The artist, who is experiencing stunning success throughout the province, will perform in his hometown after a concert on the large outdoor stage of Francos de Montreal this year. Later, on the stage of Lotto-Quebec at Place George V, Pierre Lapointe will perform in a symphonic format called In the forest of broken hearts which he presented with the Metropolitan Orchestra during the Franco Festival in Montreal in June 2026. Supported by the Orchestra Symphonie du Québec (OSQ), this masterful show under the direction of Clemens Schuldt promises to be grand. The performance will be preceded by Lysandra.
