THW Kiel makes his first appearance with the new line-up

THW Kiel showed great enthusiasm against the third division team, and the Zebras’ successful performances repeatedly caused murmurs among the spectators. At the break THW Kiel led with a score of 11:18 and in the second half they played very quickly and persistently, and the hosts defended bravely and honestly.
Every goal was celebrated regardless of whether it was scored by THW Kiel or Stralsund HV. A great atmosphere that continued even after the final whistle and the Zebras’ 24:35 victory: they spent a lot of time signing autographs and taking photographs, of course the focus was on the Germany players: the hands of Andreas Wolf, Vincent Büchner, Rune Damke and Julian Köster were lit up, but all the other zebras were also popular subjects for photographs, especially among the young fans. After the third half, together with the Zebra fans, they return by bus to Altenholz, where preparations will continue with high intensity on Monday. A sold-out provincial game at HSG Eider Harde awaits THW Kiel on Wednesday, with the Zebra team heading to a training camp in Graz in Styria on Thursday.
