Halo and Xbox fans are having a bad day today. Not only are people unable to play Halo: Campaign Evolved Early Access despite paying for it, but Xbox Live services have also become inoperable.
This was confirmed by Microsoft via Xbox Tech Support on X, which states: “We know that some users are experiencing errors when trying to connect to Xbox services and features. Our engineers are actively working to resolve this issue.”

Could this glitch be the reason players are unable to log into Halo: Campaign Evolved Early Access? I know I definitely noticed something was wrong as I wasn’t able to view any Xbox games in the Xbox App Store today.
Either way, we’ll keep an eye on Xbox Live status updates and let you know when everything is working properly.
