Skies will remain very cloudy throughout the morning, transitioning from a blanket of high clouds to a denser cover that will linger for a long time. Humidity will be high during the middle of the day before decreasing in the late afternoon. Winds will shift from south-southwest to south at 5 km/h before becoming west-southwest, then west-northwest at 10 km/h with gusts up to 30 km/h, then northwest later in the day.
