A forest fire broke out in the Chemin des Queutes sector in Ruoden (Sarthe), south of Le Mans, this Sunday, July 12, 2026, in the early evening. It is a wooded area, primarily composed of pine trees, located between the Main Street Mall and downtown. In the evening, thick black smoke came out of it, visible from Le Mans.
According to the Le Mans metropolis, 10 hectares of pine forest burned in this place…
