Panini America and Gotham FC Announce Multi-Year Partnership

IRVING, Texas (July 23, 2026)– Panini America, a subsidiary of the Panini Group, the world’s largest sports and entertainment collectibles company, today announced a new partnership with Gotham FC, the defending champions of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

This is the first team partnership for Panini since becoming an exclusive partner of the NWSL and NWSLPA earlier this year. The two organizations will collaborate on select marketing initiatives and events, including last week’s signature Queens Classic, and Panini will be present at multiple Gotham FC touchpoints designed to engage fans.

“We are proud to partner with Gotham FC, one of the NWSL’s premier franchises,” said Jason Howarth, senior vice president of marketing and athlete relations at Panini America. “Our team is excited to work with Gotham FC to create products and experiences that will showcase Gotham FC athletes and deepen fans’ connection to the club. This partnership also strengthens Panini’s long-standing commitment to soccer and women’s sports here in the United States and around the world.”

Panini is currently the exclusive partner of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) and the NWSL Players Association (NWSLPA). The company has a rich history in football, spanning Serie A, dating back to the founding of Panini in 1961, being a FIFA World Cup partner since 1970 and additional football licenses including US Soccer, USMNT, USWNTPA, La Liga, English Football League and Barclays Women’s Super League. Panini is also active in women’s sports, including the WNBA, WNBPA, numerous collegiate athletic programs and the Unrivaled 3-on-3 basketball league.

“Panini has played an iconic role in how fans connect with sports, and we are excited to partner with a brand that shares our commitment to growing fandom,” said Alex Chung, Chief Revenue Officer of Gotham FC. “Together we will create innovative experiences that celebrate our players and reward our fans, whether through exclusive collectibles, interactive matchday activities or original stories. This partnership reflects our shared vision of bringing fans closer to the club while continuing to raise the profile of women’s football.”

Gotham FC has won two of the last three NWSL Championships and is home to some of the world’s best players, including US Women’s National Team stars Rose Lavelle, Emily Sonnett, Tierna Davidson and Jadyn Shaw, as well as international standouts Esther Gonzalez, Sam Kerr and Anne-Catherine Berger.
