Lilly (Pina Cühr) returns to Weilhausen to reopen the Sonnenhof and preserve part of the Lamminger family’s history. The reunion with her siblings Becky (Sina Zadra), Freddie (Tobias Schaefer), Constantin (Michael Epp) and Julia (Rike Schmid) is emotional, but it quickly becomes clear that not everyone shares her vision. Old conflicts arise, especially with older sister Julia, who wants to sell the farm.
Ella (Nina Patricia Schmieder) is firmly convinced that she will soon open a practice as a country doctor in Weilhausen – after all, Josephine has already made her a verbal promise. If it weren’t for Lilly’s brother Konstantin, who gets in her way.
While Lilly can’t get the mysterious man from the mountain cabin out of her head, a rude awakening soon follows: of all people, he turns out to be the husband of her sister Julia. But it quickly becomes clear that behind the facade this marriage is crumbling much more than it seems on the outside.
The atmosphere between Becky and Max (Alexander Call) is tense and familiar at the same time. Renewed collaboration on mountain rescue reawakens old feelings that both really wanted to leave behind. It also begs the question: Is the relationship between Max and Alexandra (Catherine Anne Hess) finally over?

Episode 1 (June 29): “Welcome to Sonnenhof”
Becky and Lilly return to Sonnenhof together and meet their siblings Freddie and Konstantin there. This is a very emotional moment for the Lamminger siblings because this place is full of memories of their childhood together and of their now deceased parents. While the four of them meet their Aunt Josephine (Alexandra von Schwerin), who is already waiting for them, there is only one person missing: her sister Julia.
When Lilly finally tells her siblings that she wants to take over and reopen Sonnenhof, she is met with fierce resistance. Konstantin and Yulia react especially negatively. Julia immediately blames Lilly and makes it clear that she would prefer to sell the hotel.
Ella also faces a challenge: Fabian (Oliver Frank) and Isa (Diane Willems) want to support their sister on her new path and surprise her with a special gift in practice. But when Konstantin appears there, he makes it clear that he does not trust Ella to take over the Sonnenhof practice. Or is there another reason for his reaction?

Episode 2 (June 30): “My Sister’s Husband”
Lilly can hardly believe what she hears: Constantin, Freddie and Becky are now convinced to reopen the Sonnenhof with her. But when she tries to attract Julia to her, she is rejected again.
Meanwhile, it becomes increasingly clear: Julia’s marriage to Sebastian (Max Alberti) is in deep crisis. It gradually becomes clear why: Sebastian quit his job as a lawyer, and with it the job at the law firm they both worked on together for years. Julia cannot understand this decision and doubts why she still supports him if he makes such a decision without her.
Meanwhile, Ella receives the following shock: she learns that Konstantin now wants to head the practice in Sonnenhof himself. She did not expect this, because she had already prepared everything for the absorption. When Aunt Josephine tries to mediate and invites everyone to sit down at the table, she suddenly collapses. Now Ella and Konstantin reluctantly have to stick together.
Max also faces a new beginning. After Alexandra’s betrayal, he broke up with her and spends the night at the mountain rescue station. Alexandra is devastated and Becky has to ask herself if her feelings for Max are truly a thing of the past.
What Lilly doesn’t know yet: When Julia finally introduces Sebastian to the family, she suddenly comes face to face with the man from the mountain cabin – and is horrified to realize that he is her sister’s husband.

Episode 3 (July 1): “Impossible Circumstances”
Lilly is completely stunned by the realization that Sebastian is the mysterious man from the mountain cabin that she can’t get out of her head. Especially now, when relations with Julia are gradually improving and they are working together to restore Sonnenhof.
Planning for the opening is in full swing: Bianca (Rosetta Pedone), Donato (Antonio Putignano) and Emilio (Gioele Viola) from Wiesenkirchen stop at Sonnenhof, bring a gift with them and offer Freddie their support in the kitchen. Everything must be ready on time because the Lamminger family wants to open in Weilhausen in just two days.
A new stage also begins for Ella: she proudly shows her new practice to Father Georg, who is very enthusiastic and happy for his daughter. He also meets Ella’s new business partner Konstantin, with whom she opens a practice together. When Ella finally sees the workout sign, she can hardly believe what it says.
Julia is glad that Sebastian has now met all of her siblings and that they clearly like him. She talks about her mother, who used to support the family. At the same time, Julia gets the feeling that Lilly acted strangely when she officially met Sebastian. Sebastian blocks this, but the two’s marital problems are far from resolved.

Episode 4 (July 2): “Unity”
Lilly tries to concentrate on the main thing: Sonnenhof must become home again. And for this she will have to get closer to Yulia again – there should be no room for feelings for her sister’s husband. Even if Sebastian continues to take her out of the game.
Meanwhile, Max’s frustration grows: he’s still sleeping on the sofa at Mountain Rescue, and Lucas wants to know if things with Alexandra are really over for good – or if there’s still something going on with Becky. When Max and Becky meet soon after, Becky immediately notices how unhappy he is and tries to be there for him. At this moment, Alexandra appears and surprises Max with unexpected news.
Tensions are high in Sonnenhof: shortly before the scheduled opening, there was a sudden power cut. Is there a danger of the discovery failing? When nothing goes according to plan, Lilly blames herself and becomes deeply disappointed. In a quiet moment, she meets Sebastian, who tries to cheer her up.
In practice, friction continues to exist between Ella and Konstantin. Shortly thereafter, a serious industrial accident occurs in Sonnenhof: a foreman falls down a ladder and risks death. Ella decisively begs to have a drainage tube put in, and Konstantin briefly loses his composure, but then pulls himself together and carries out the procedure. Once the crisis is over, he relapses into his selfish behavior – Ella no longer understands the world.

Episode 5 (July 3): “The Big Day”
It’s a special day for Lilly: the Sonnenhof restaurant is finally opening. Excited and full of anticipation, she fulfills her father’s last wish, which he shared with her shortly before his death.
But shortly before the opening, Julia receives an important call from a client in Dusseldorf, and she has to leave unexpectedly. This creates new tensions with Sebastian, who cannot understand how she could leave her siblings alone on this crucial day.
While Julia struggles with herself, Sebastian himself realizes that in this short time he has realized what a special gem Sonnenhof is. He assures us of his active support – especially Freddie in the kitchen. But can Julia really just leave her family and husband?
Many familiar faces come to the opening to celebrate Sonnenhof and support the Lamminger family, also from Wiesenkirchen. When the big moment arrives, Lilly gives an emotional speech: “It’s a dream come true for her!”
But not everyone’s day passes harmoniously: Max and Fabian meet again at the opening. Max makes it very clear how he feels about Fabian’s behavior: a real friend would have told him about Alexandra’s infidelity sooner, not weeks later.
