Argentina head coach Felipe Contepomi left a press conference following the 31-24 defeat to England in the Nations Championship.
He said England’s celebration in the adjacent dressing room showed a “lack of respect”.
Contepomi asked the English representative to stop the noise of music and celebrations.
A televised match official denied Argentina the final game of a chaotic match in Santiago del Estero.
England raced into a 19-3 lead at the break before Argentina, wearing replicas of the 1986 World Cup football team, fought back in the second half.
After the break, four England players received yellow cards, with former scrum-half Matt Dawson describing their discipline as “bordering on comical”.
Argentina came from behind to beat England 2-1 in the World Cup semi-finals on Wednesday.
England are third in the Northern Hemisphere group at the Nations Championship.
The competition will resume on November 6th, with the finals taking place on November 28th and 29th.
