French footballer Kylian Mbappe is in the spotlight at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, but his girlfriend, actress Esther Exposito, was not spotted at any World Cup games or celebrations.
At least no one has seen her yet. What’s holding her back?
Don’t worry. If you are someone who wants to believe that these two are strong despite Exposito not being present at the games, then this is most likely the case because Dame Mbappe has been busy with her busy career.
Earlier this month, Exposito scored a huge accolade at the TV Monte-Carlo festival, winning the coveted International Golden Nymph for Most Promising Talent. She also teased a new project.
Esther Exposito is busy with her career amid Kylian Mbappe’s performance at the World Cup
Exposito stars in Drawn Together, which premieres September 9 on Amazon Prime Video. She announced this in a post about the show on social networks. So, it looks like Exposito is missing out on the holiday because of work, not because there’s trouble in paradise.
However, the interesting thing is that she is now in the United States. But she is at the opposite end of the country from Mbappe.
While Mbappe plays at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Exposito shared plenty of photos of her work in Los Angeles.
Since becoming a pretty famous actress, she’s been landing new roles, so it looks like she came to Los Angeles to learn some dance moves for an upcoming role.
She took to Instagram to share photos of her workouts on the dance floor, as well as some of her adventures on the West Coast.
She also took to her Instagram Story on Monday to share a photo of herself on the street, apparently in the Los Angeles area. In the photo, she takes a selfie wearing black pants, brown knee-high boots and a T-shirt. There is no caption on the photo, but there is a sunny sky in the background.
Most of her social media posts are related to her career, be it modeling, acting or influencer. Of course, she also takes selfies, just showing off her fashion and style.
Conflict at the World Cup is the first downside to Exposito’s booming career
The downside to a budding acting career is that Exposito’s commitments could prevent him from seeing Mbappe perform at the World Cup.
When “Drawn Together” releases in September, it remains to be seen whether Mbappe and Exposito will appear together at any events to promote the show’s release. But if they do, it will certainly be exciting for fans to see.
