Con City OTT release date and platform confirmed: When and where to watch Arjun Das, Anna Behn's Tamil heist comedy film

Arjun Das and Anna Behn’s latest Tamil film City of Rogues is gearing up for its second release, this time on a digital platform. Having hit theaters earlier this year, the heist comedy-drama is now gearing up to reach a much wider audience via OTT. Directed by debutant Harish Durairaj, the film combines comedy, crime, family emotions and suspense into one entertaining package, making it entertaining for lovers of light-hearted thrillers.

Con City broadcast details

Con City will begin streaming on Netflix on July 24, 2026, according to Cinema Express. The OTT release gives audiences who missed the film in theaters another opportunity to watch lead characters Arjun Das and Anna Ben from the comfort of their homes.
Released on June 26, 2026, Con City tells the story of a seemingly ordinary family living in Mangalore. Outwardly they look like any other family, but secretly lead a double life as a team of highly skilled con artists.

The family’s carefully hidden world is thrown into chaos when Jeeva, the disabled son of Arjun Das and Anna Ben, is kidnapped. With time running out, they are forced to pull off one last ambitious scam in an attempt to identify the kidnapper and bring their son home safely. The story combines humor with emotional moments while maintaining a mystery until the end.

Apart from Arjun Das and Anna Ben, the film has a large cast that includes Yogi Babu, Vadivukkarasi, Akhilan, Nanda Gopal, Sakshi Vaidya, Dhipa Ramanujam, Arul Doss, Radha Ravi, Shaji Chen, Ramesh Tilak, Thambi Ramaiah, Imman Annachi, Ponvannan and several others in important roles.
The film is being produced by a technical team that includes cinematographer Aravind Viswanathan, editor Arulmos A and production designer Raj Kamal. The music was composed by Sean Roldan, whose background music was praised by the audience. Con City is produced by Power House Pictures in its first venture with M&M Movie Makers and Klout Studios.
Upon its release, Kon City received mixed reviews from critics and audiences. While some viewers appreciated its unusual premise and family heist story, others felt the film could have been more consistent in its execution.

However, the performances of Arjun Das and Anna Behn were widely praised, with many audiences also praising Sean Roldan’s music and background music for adding to the mood of the film.

According to reports, ‘Con City’ collected around Rs 5.64 crore worldwide during its theatrical run, including around Rs 4.78 crore in India. Although the film’s box office performance was average, its digital release may help it find a wider audience. Stay tuned!
