A poem, touching memories and photographs of the last meeting: actress Annette Renneberg once again paid tribute to Uwe Kokisch on her Instagram account. In the emotional video, the actress talks about something very personal.

Cemetery in Berlin, narrow paths between old trees and people who came to say goodbye. This day was especially exciting for Annette Renneberg. The actress spoke at the funeral of fellow actor Uwe Kokisch and then shared her thoughts with fans on Instagram. In the video, she explains what connects her with her longtime colleague. Although Uwe Kokisch died a few months ago, sadness still lingers.

Star “In All Friendship”: Poem as a farewell greeting

For her speech, the All Friendship star chose a Spanish poem that she had already sent to her boyfriend during the Corona period. At that time they constantly communicated with each other. According to her, the actor really liked the lines. That is why she decided to read this particular poem at his funeral.

A Spanish poem by an unknown author is entitled “The Journey of Elephants” and is about leaving, saying goodbye and moving on: “A journey is like love. Sometimes you go on a quest without knowing where it will lead you. Sometimes you stay in a place you like.” The 48-year-old’s poetry lecture is moving.

Sometimes you need to move on, and sometimes you need to start over. Sometimes you get lost, sometimes you say goodbye, and sometimes you stay there.

It is clear to them that Uwe Kokisch remained despite his death – in memories, in his roles and in the hearts of many people.

Annette Renneberg shows photos from the last meeting

Renneberg also included footage of her last meeting with the actor in her video. The images are from 2024. As the memories scroll across the screen, it becomes clear how close the connection must have been between them. Looking back, she describes this meeting as a beautiful and special moment.

Contact continued in previous years. Uwe last lived in Madrid. This is why, as Renneberg later wrote in her article, she automatically thought of him when she thought of the many things she associated with Spain.

He is sorely missed!

Place among the great actors

The popular German actor found his final resting place at the Dorotheenstadt cemetery in Berlin. There he is now on a par with other famous actors. The former “In All Friendship” actress names, among others, Dieter Mann, Michael Gwisdeck, Robert Gallinowski and Horst Krause.

With her words, a poem and personal memories, she said goodbye to her colleague, which touched many. Annette Renneberg received a lot of support in her video post. And perhaps this poem best describes what she wanted to express that day: some people leave and still stay.
