MEDFORD, Ore. — Medford-based franchise operator Mountain Mike’s Pizza has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection even as the national pizza chain continues to open dozens of new locations.
Rogue Fair LLC, which operates five Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurants in Southern Oregon, filed for Chapter 11 reorganization on July 1. Filing under Chapter 11 allows the business to continue operating while it restructures its finances under bankruptcy court supervision.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza said the bankruptcy filing is limited to one restaurant and does not impact the broader brand or its ongoing operations. The company said the affected location remains open and continues to serve customers without disruption.
The Chapter 11 petition applies to the Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurant on Barnett Road in Medford, according to court records.
In addition to its two Medford locations, Rogue Fair LLC also operates Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurants in Klamath Falls, Grants Pass and Roseburg.
