“I had digestive problems on Saturday”, “I started throwing up on Sunday afternoon”, “I only took half the advantage.” It’s an epilogue that some festival-goers find a bit bittersweet at the end of the 34th edition of Vieilles Charrues. According to several testimonies we collected, their weekend consisted of seizures and vomiting. The first information appeared on the night of Saturday, July 18, in a comment to a post by the Facebook group Festival des Vieilles charrues entre nous.
If the blue social network blamed food, the manager doesn’t believe it: “If it really was food poisoning, we would have taken care of a lot more people than a few dozen people.”
