A North Carolina judge reportedly ordered the arrest of Bill Belichick’s sister-in-law on Monday after she allegedly failed to appear in court for a speeding violation.
Jen Belichick, the wife of North Carolina Tar Heels football defensive coordinator Steve Belichick, was pulled over by the North Carolina Highway Patrol on May 21 for allegedly driving 88 mph at 70 mph in Brunswick County, the California Post reported, citing court records.

She was charged with speeding and was due to appear in court on Friday.
Belichick failed to appear in court, which led to her arrest. A court official told the California Post she now has three options. She could file a motion to have the order revoked, hire a lawyer to defend the case, or turn herself in to authorities.

She did not comment on the order. Fox News Digital has reached out to the Brunswick County Clerk for comment.
She has been married to Steve Belichick for about 10 years and they have many children. She appears to have been feuding with Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, for over a year now.

Jen Belichick criticized Hudson for her decision to decline an interview question when Bill Belichick sat down with CBS News in May 2025. She reportedly had a confrontation with Hudson in the Tar Heels head coach’s office over a number of issues.
