9News Queensland And 9. Gold Coast News have already claimed victory in the ranking year 2026 based on the number of weeks won*.

9News Queensland won for 21 weeks across all key demographics and total people, marking its seventh straight ratings win.

Its 7-day average overnight audience was 213,700 total people, up +4.3% year over year.

Live, 9News Queensland also won every ratings week in 2026 with a 7-day average BVOD audience on Total TV of 34,400 per episode, up 67% from last year. 9Now’s growth continued across all key groups: People 25-54 (+61.2%), People 16-39 (+57.1%) and Grocery Buyers 18+ (69%).
