EXCLUSIVE: A popular TV couple from the 2010s is back: Nina Dobrev and Paul Wesley, who played the two leads on the hit CW series. In addition to starring, Dobrev and Wesley executive produce alongside Tanen and Thompson, as well as Unwell’s Cooper, Matt Kaplan and Kapital Entertainment’s Mina Lefevre and Kaplan.
