The 10th seed won 6-3, 7-5 on Center Court.

It was Mladenovic’s seventh Grand Slam women’s doubles triumph, making her the first French woman to win the Wimbledon doubles title since 1937.

“I’m very proud to stand here with her,” Mladenovic said of her partnership with Go, which began this year.

“It was a lot of work on and off the court and a lot of fun.”

Former world No. 10 singles Mladenovic and Go also reached the quarterfinals of the French Open last month.

It was another Grand Slam miss this year for Canada’s Dabrowski and Brazil’s Stefani after semi-final defeats at the Australian and French Opens.
