Meaco’s brand new Cirro portable air conditioner returns to stock this week after unprecedented demand saw the entire range sell out in record time.
Although Meaco’s new Cirro line of six smart models in 12,000, 14,000 and 16,000 BTU launched just last month, it’s already sold out once, but today the Meaco website is restocking the 12,000 BTU cooled-only model. But with temperatures rising above 30C again this week and demand for the best portable air conditioners still high, they’re set to sell out quickly.
Another huge advantage of this particular series is that it operates at a noise level of just 45 dB, which is two times quieter than Meaco’s previous line of portable air conditioners.

Meaco Cirro 12000 BTU Super Quiet Smart Portable Air Conditioner – Cooling Only
The 12,000 BTU cooling only version is back in stock today but is already sold out again. But all is not lost as I have listed where stocks are expected to increase over the next few days.

Meaco also announced that it expects fresh stock of certain models to arrive at Currys and AO (where you can currently sign up for stock alerts) from around 10 July, but cannot be sure when this new stock will be available on retailers’ websites.

However, once this stock is sold out, Meaco says it will not be replenished until the end of September (for MeacoCool and Cirro Cooling and Heating models) and until 2027 for Cirro Cooling Only models. According to a video posted to Instagram by Meaco founder Chris Michael, despite ordering 40% more stock than in 2025, the heat waves we experienced in the UK in 2026 sent stock flying off the shelves.
