Fidelity Investments Canada ULC Announces Proposed Special ETF Termination Payments

TORONTO, July 17, 2026 /CNW/ — Fidelity Investments Canada ULC (“Loyalty“) today announced proposed special reinvested distributions for Series L units of Fidelity Canadian Monthly High Income ETF and Fidelity Global Monthly High Income ETF (“Faithful ETFs“). The Fidelity ETFs will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the request of Fidelity and will cease to exist at the close of business on July 24, 2026.

Please note that these are estimates only as of July 10, 2026 and reflect forward-looking information, meaning estimates are subject to change.

These estimates relate only to special distributions that will be reinvested and the resulting units will be immediately consolidated so that the number of units owned by each investor will not change. These payments will be paid until the agreement terminates on July 24, 2026.

We expect to announce final special reinvestment amounts on or about July 27, 2026.
