The Welsh capital has seen some of the biggest names in music perform in the last couple of weeks. Take That, The Cure, Teddy Swims and Metallica have all taken part in this year’s massive summer concert, which has been taking place in Cardiff since mid-June.
The atmosphere in the city was electric as it was filled with music lovers enjoying the festivities. However, those who commute through Cardiff may be less enthused by the long string of concerts taking place in the city. As a result of these events, a number of roads in the city center were closed, leading to detours and queues on the roads.
Thousands of fans will soon flock to the city to watch the next big shows, which include Katy Perry at Cardiff Castle on Tuesday 30 June and Lewis Capaldi at Blackweir Live on Tuesday 30 June and Wednesday 1 July.
