Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Shane Bieber shared some exciting personal news on Wednesday.
While the Blue Jays’ season hasn’t gone according to plan so far, the Beepers seem to be doing just fine at home. The 31-year-old pitcher’s wife, Cara, revealed on Instagram that the couple had a child.
“Round two. Bieber’s house is growing,” Cara captioned the post.

This will be the couple’s second child, following the birth of a boy named Kav in March 2025. This means that by the time this latest addition arrives, Bieber will have two children under the age of two.
Cara didn’t reveal her due date, but she captioned the post #2under2.

Bieber and Cara have been married for three years now after tying the knot in a beautiful California vineyard back in January 2023. The couple dated for five years before exchanging vows after meeting while they were both studying at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
It’s been a rough season for Bieber and Jace. The veteran pitcher was sidelined with an injury that forced him to miss the first three months of the season. He’s healthy now and currently boasts a 5.70 ERA in 23.2 innings.
