Throughout the finale, Yvonne seemed to intuit the outcome of Farmer Jarrad’s final selection ceremony, which was unfortunately confirmed when he delivered the news of his choice near the end of the episode.
After a hometown visit that didn’t go as planned, Yvonne opened up about her vulnerability at the ceremony, saying feedback from her family reinforced her feeling she wasn’t right for Farmer Jarrad. Shockingly withdrawing from the election without even knowing the final choice, Yvonne told Jarrad: “Sorry, you’re not my farmer.”
In a confessional, Yvonne said the eleventh-hour decision to pull out was “difficult” but she was “proud of herself”, leaving Jarrad “stunned”.

The current status of Farmer Jarrad and Brody’s relationship is a bit unclear, not least because the pair have kept their post-show updates under wraps ahead of 2026. FWAV final.
