A new route from Guadeloupe has been added to Air France’s regional network. The airline announced the launch of direct flights between Pointe-à-Pitre and Panama City from December 11, 2026 to March 5, 2027.
There will be two flights a week between Guadeloupe Maryse Condé Airport and the capital of Panama: on Mondays and Fridays from Pointe-à-Pitre, with return flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays from Panama City. The flights will be operated on an Airbus A320, a 170-seat aircraft with business and economy class cabins, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi available free of charge through the Flying Blue loyalty program.
This new service is part of the development of Air France’s Caribbean regional network, which already connects Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, Cayenne, Belem, Fortaleza and Miami all year round thanks to two Airbus A320 aircraft based in Guadeloupe.
The company clarifies that it has adapted the schedule to facilitate connections from Fort-de-France and Cayenne. Passengers will also be able to reach numerous destinations in Central and South America through the network of Panamanian Air France partner COPA Airlines, with baggage delivered to their final destination.

According to him, this new road complements the recent opening of Belem and Fortaleza, while supporting the economic and tourism development of the areas.

The capital of Panama, Panama City, is considered one of the main gateways to Latin America. Its international airport is the hub of COPA Airlines and offers numerous flights throughout the continent.
Bookings for this new route are open from this Wednesday (July 22) through Air France agencies, the company’s website and travel agencies.
