Fans love 76-year-old Rick Springfield’s shirtless performance

Australian rocker Rick Springfield is on tour and fans are convinced the 76-year-old is a “vampire” after seeing his energetic stage presence.

Fans were delighted with Springfield’s excellent form, which he showed off without any problems during his shirtless performances.

Springfield shared a fan video from the June 14 show in Indiana, which received 2.7 million views and thousands of comments on his Instagram alone.

“I remember seeing you when I was 16 and years later you look the same,” one fan responded.

“Rick is in a time capsule,” another joked.

“He’s amazing! But I think he’s a vampire,” said a third. “My first teenage love!”

Another wrote in disbelief: “Is this a thing? Thanks for still rocking! The voice sounds great too. Musicians should play as much as possible because music is so healing.”

The clip even caught the attention of Joe Rogan and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, who discussed it on Rogan’s podcast.

“It’s literally bananas. He’s 76 years old and he sings.” Jessie’s Girl it’s like he just wrote it,” Rogan said.

Lee, 63, called him “fucking inspiring” and said he plans to do the same in 10 years.

In 2023, Springfield opened up about the intense fitness regime he uses to look and feel fit.

After nearly a decade of minor work, Springfield’s fame skyrocketed when he took on the role of Dr. Noah Drake on the daytime series General Hospital in 1981.

That same year he released the album Working class dogled by a loner Jessie’s Girlwhich reached number one in the US and earned him a Grammy Award.
