Although the Portugal national football team qualified for the knockout stages of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the team did not look good in its three group stage games, which ended in one win and two draws.
However, this team is still loaded with talent – and football fans might think that legendary striker Cristiano Ronaldo won’t be able to stay on the pitch for long.
Perhaps the one person who will be supporting Ronaldo the most at this World Cup is his long-time girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.

Rodriguez, the world’s most recognizable football WAG, rose to superstardom by emerging from Ronaldo’s shadow, amassing more than 74 million followers on Instagram. Each of her posts gets tons of attention, including the one she shared on her Instagram Story ahead of the Portugal game on Thursday, which she was seen dancing on the beach in a gray tracksuit.
The post appears to be Rodriguez’s way of promoting the mimoa clothing company, as she appears to be wearing the company’s clothing and tagging its website in a dance video.

Ronaldo and Rodriguez have been together since 2016, and they got engaged in August 2025. They have two children, and Rodriguez also helps raise Ronaldo’s three other children.

The football legend has just one goal to his name this World Cup and Portugal will likely need him to add to that tally when they face Croatia in the round of 16 on July 2.
The last thing Ronaldo achieved in his football career was winning the FIFA World Cup. And Rodriguez will be one of the first to sing his praises if he finally pulls it off this year.
