The rumors were true: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s fairytale wedding took place at Madison Square Garden last night!
The duo is officially married and the NDA must have expired because we’re getting all the details from the guests lucky enough to be in attendance.
A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event
A secret garden and a “spectacular” celebration were just some of the ways guests described the big night on Instagram.
Sports show host Pat McAfee commented on the wedding under a photo of him and his wife dressed up for the event.

“What an absolutely legendary evening… CONGRATULATIONS Travis and Taylor. It was freaking impressive. Thank you for inviting me to your once in a lifetime celebration of love and life,” he wrote.
AMC CEO Adam Aron wrote a lengthy post describing the wedding before quickly deleting it, but that didn’t stop fans from taking screenshots and sharing details.
“It didn’t feel like Madison Square Garden,” he wrote. “Immediately upon entering, everything: floors, walls, ceilings… were draped in peach and white.”
“Large blown-up photographs of Taylor and Travis at every age, year after year, from one year old to late teens, were on display.”
He went on to say that when he entered the arena, the space opened up into a magnificent garden landscape.

“Somehow, magically, someone created an outdoor garden in a lush country retreat. This time everything was draped in green and white. Real flowers and, I think, artificial trees held fifteen rows of 75 chairs.”
He continued by saying the wedding felt “intimate and small” despite the 1,000 in attendance.
Other guests echoed the garden landscape element, referencing the garden party in their Instagram captions.
One guest told People magazine the place “feels like a forest,” while another said Paul McCartney took the stage to perform the hit. I want to hold your hand. Stevie Nicks was also one of the famous performers.
Monogrammed gifts for guests
Guests left the wedding of the decade with a hand-embroidered handkerchief, the fabric embroidered with the couple’s own monogram with the date and the words “New York.”

Both have previously spoken about how “excited” they are to spend “eternity” and “the rest of their lives” with each other.
According to People magazine, a handkerchief was given to guests during the ceremony in case their eyes watered during the couple’s 40-minute vows.
They reportedly read their vows from little golden books that the Good Morning America hosts featured on air today. They reportedly spoke for about 20 minutes each.
Guests also received some kind of embroidered enclosed case or envelope, sealed with a gold wax seal with the same monogram.

It had the guest’s name on it – perhaps a place card? We know this because guest Atipa Mabonga posted a photo on her Instagram story.
The T&T monogram was everywhere that evening, including on the cocktail menu, which included three custom drinks the couple created to celebrate the occasion.

There was The English Teacher, a tribute to Swift made with gin, elderflower, lavender syrup and fresh lemon juice.
“Physical Education Teacher,” introducing Kelsey, was made with tequila, mezcal, Angostura aromatic bitters, orange bitters and agave.
There was also a T&Tequila, which featured blanco tequila, hibiscus-infused chili, agave, pineapple and fresh lime.
The moment they tied the knot
MSG’s official Instagram page confirmed the news with a sign outside the giant establishment that simply read, “Just single.”

US publications including People Magazine and Page Six reported that Swift walked down the aisle to a stringed version of one of her own songs, wearing a stunning gown with a long train.
The couple reportedly cried as they read their vows to each other, according to Swift’s aunt Robin Gentry, who was caught by paparazzi as she left the venue.
“They cried, they laughed, they danced, they hugged and kissed,” she told LBC News.
A-list waiter
Swift’s representatives confirmed that, oddly enough, the wedding was officiated by Hollywood comedian Adam Sandler. It also turned out that the wedding party was much smaller than many expected.
“Taylor and Travis did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, Taylor’s role was played by her brother Austin Swift. Man of honor And Jason Kelce was Travis Best man“, the message says.
“The ceremony brought both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler.”

Dress
We’ve yet to see it, but Swift’s rep also revealed the detail everyone has been talking about – the dress.
“Images of the wedding ceremony of the bride and groom were created Christian Dior Haute Couture. They were designed by Jonathan Anderson, creative director of Dior’s women’s, men’s and haute couture collections, in close collaboration with the bride and groom,” the statement said.
“This is the first couture wedding dress created by a designer for a world famous celebrity. Their shoes were custom made Christian Louboutin and the bride wore Cartier decorations”.

After months of rumors and speculation, we’ve finally found out many of the celebrities who witnessed the wedding of the century.

Ophelia’s fate the singer attended Gomez’s wedding last September.
We also know that director Steven Spielberg was in attendance thanks to Instagram captions from guests who were amazed by the Hollywood heavyweight’s presence and had to breathlessly reveal that they met him that night!

Also in attendance from the Hollywood world were actors Paul Rudd and Adam Scott, who posted their wedding looks on Instagram.
The couple posed next to their wives, all four smiling broadly, before heading to the event.
Gigi Hadid also attended the event wearing a beautiful sparkly pink dress. We know her current boyfriend, actor Bradley Cooper, was there too.

The cast includes actress Jessica Alba, as well as actor Rob Riggle, Elizabeth Banks, Good Morning America hosts, country stars Maren Morris, The Chicks and actress Jessica Chastain.

We haven’t seen many of the biggest names and people closest to the bride yet, like Selena Gomez, Sabrina Carpenter and the Haim sisters – but we’re guessing they found their way there without hitting the paparazzi-filled streets!

The wedding was all anyone could talk about for weeks, with photographers queuing outside MSG for days for a chance to find any clues as to what would happen on the big day.
Thousands of fans stood outside waiting for some kind of confirmation that the speculation was true, and they were ready.

Swift and Kelsey’s love story
The couple’s romance first began in July 2023 when Kelsey attended the Swift Eras Tour at Arrowhead Stadium.
He wanted to give her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it, but he couldn’t meet her and said it “hurt” him. New Heights podcast.
In a later interview with WSJ Magazine, Kelsey explained how he finally reached out to Swift. Someone on her team passed on his number and he received an unexpected message.
“She told me exactly what was going on and how I was lucky enough to get her to reach out,” he told the publication.

“Shortly after, Swift was spotted attending her first Chiefs game in September 2023.
She sat in Kelsey’s suite next to his mother, Donna, wearing a Chiefs jacket and applauding when he scored a touchdown.
Swift continued to attend Chiefs games to support her new man, and Kelsey was seen at her Eras Tour concerts across North America.
