Police surround Dearborn shopping center

DEARBORN, MI. – There is a heavy police presence in downtown Fairlane in Dearborn on Friday afternoon.
Police can be seen at the shopping center, located near Evergreen Road and Michigan Avenue, on July 3 around 2 p.m.
Police have not confirmed to Local 4 what happened at the mall.
A witness, Weston Fantroy, told Local 4 he was buying a birthday present for his daughter when he heard what sounded like four or five gunshots and saw a commotion. He ran outside, fearing for his safety.
