BVB management confirmed several months ago that they were considering the possibility of bringing back Jadon Sancho. The winger will remain without a club from July 1, 2026 and can therefore join Borussia Dortmund on a free transfer.
BVB bosses have a special plan for Sancho
As Sport Bild now reports, BVB have not yet held talks with Jadon Sancho about a return. Thus, there was no exchange with either the player or his management. However, the situation may change in the coming weeks. If the Englishman is still on the market at the end of the transfer phase, there is an increased likelihood that those in charge of Ole Book will put forward an offer.
However, the goal of BVB leaders should be to get a profitable deal from a potential transfer of Sancho. Plan: The player’s base salary should be less than five million euros. Only thanks to good play, the Englishman, as well as the accompanying bonuses, will become one of the club’s highest paid players.
Jadon Sancho has had the most successful time of his BVB career. At Dortmund, the winger was the linchpin of the team and led the Black and Yellows to victory in the German Cup in 2021. The Englishman could give his career a new impetus by returning to his old homeland.
