Amman, June 30 (Petra) – An Air Tractor light aircraft assigned to the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) made an emergency precautionary landing in the Balama Zaituna area of ​​Mafraq province on Tuesday following a sudden technical failure during a scheduled training flight.
An official military source at the Jordanian Arab Army Command (JAF) said the crew responded to the emergency in strict accordance with standard operating procedures. Professional handling of the critical malfunction by the pilots allowed them to bring down the glider safely without injury.
RJAF’s specialized technical investigation teams responded to the site to conduct a comprehensive technical assessment, localize the flight anomaly and determine the exact cause of the malfunction.
