The cost of the German DAX increased by 0.06% to 24846.69 points, the French CAC 40 by 0.02% to 8340.11 points, the British FTSE decreased by 0.71% to 10524.76 points, and the Russian RTSI by 2.27% to 804.77 points.
The German Stock Index is a total return index of 30 selected German blue chip stocks traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. When calculating the stock index, publicly traded stocks are used. As of 18 June 1999, only XETRA share prices are used to calculate all DAX indices.

The RTS Index is a capitalization-weighted composite index calculated based on the prices of the 50 most liquid Russian shares of the largest and fastest growing Russian issuers listed on the Moscow Exchange. The RTS Index was launched on September 1, 1995 with a base value of 100. The index is calculated in real time by the Moscow Exchange in US dollars and distributed by S&P Dow Jones indices, Armenpress reports.
