Port Adelaide made a late substitution ahead of their clash with table-topping Fremantle on Saturday afternoon, with defender Harrison Ramm withdrawing just an hour before kick-off.
Jakob Wehr comes on for the ill Ramm, who himself was added to the starting line-up just 24 hours ago to replace the ill Kane Farrell.
Port Adelaide fought hard against St Kilda last week but lacked the class and composure to prevail in what has become the theme of the year.

The Power face a difficult task as they look to limit the damage in their clash with table-topping Dockers, with midfielder Zak Butters facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines and Jason Horne-Francis suspended this week.
Fremantle secured a place in the finals and took a huge step towards completing their second minor premiership with a wayward strike on goal to demolish Sydney in a top-of-the-table clash.
The Dockers cemented their claim as the team to win as they progressed against the Swans and will only need to avoid complacency to explain Power’s injury.
Justin Longmuir made just one change: Hayden Young returned to replace the resting Shai Bolton. The Power added Todd Marshall and Brandon Zerk-Thatcher as part of their five changes, while also deleting Zach Butters, Mitch Georgiades, Jack Lukosius and Jason Horne-Francis.

North Melbourne impressed with a spirited performance in a rare prime-time fixture but were left to rue their failure to handle big moments against battle-hardened Collingwood.
The Roos’ third single-digit defeat this year will make it difficult for them to reach the finals following an abysmal run home that includes games against three of the current top six sides as well as Geelong, starting with Melbourne.

Bailey Fritsch and Max Heath returned to the Dis side in place of Aidan Johnson and Bailey Laurie, while the Roos lost Tom Blamires and Zach Bench to injury and Bailey Scott and Josh Goater came on.
Collingwood have turned their season around since then, with four wins in a row, including back-to-back thrillers against the Gold Coast and North Melbourne.
The Magpies have been far from convincing in recent weeks but boast a dominant record of 13 wins from their last 15 matches against the Blues as they look to put more distance between themselves and their arch-rivals.

Brisbane increased their percentage significantly, outpacing Essendon before taking their foot off the gas pedal in the final term.
The Lions are in the top four and could remain in contention for third place, which could mean foregoing a trip to Perth to face the Dockers in the first week of the finals at a stadium where they have a solid 5-3 record even during their period of success.
The Eagles remained unchanged for this matchup, while the Lions recalled James Tunstill and Bruce Revill out of the lineup.
