WINNIPEG, July 16, 2026 – The Winnipeg Jets, in conjunction with the National Hockey League, today released their 84-game schedule for the 2025-26 NHL regular season.

The Jets open the season at the Canadian Life Center on Friday, October 2 when they host the Boston Bruins. The Jets will then hit the road to face the Detroit Red Wings at Little Caesars Arena on Sunday, October 4th. The Jets will play the 2026 Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes twice in three weeks to start the season, first at the Canada Life Center on October 17, then in Raleigh, North Carolina on November 1.
The longest homestand of the season is a six-game set at Canada Life Center from March 1-13. Winnipeg’s nine-day break for the 2027 NHL All-Star Game runs from February 4 to 12. The Jets’ longest road trips in 2026-27 are three separate four-game sets (Oct. 29-Nov. 3, Jan. 28-Feb. 3, and March 2027). April 27-5), although the Jets will play six straight road games between Jan. 28 and Feb. 15, with the All-Star break falling in the middle of that stretch.
Winnipeg’s first all-Canadian game of the 2026-27 season will be the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Legacy Classic when the Jets host the Montreal Canadiens at Princess Auto Stadium on Sunday, October 25th. Winnipeg and Montreal alumni will also meet on Saturday, October 24, in the Class of 2026 game at the Canada Life Centre. In total, Winnipeg faced Canadian teams 14 more times – seven games at the Canada Life Center and seven times on the road. The Jets will host the Calgary Flames (Jan. 2 and March 7) and the Vancouver Canucks (Nov. 5 and April 9) twice, while the Edmonton Oilers (April 7), Ottawa Senators (Nov. 17) and Toronto Maple Leafs (March 11) will travel to Winnipeg once each.
The new 84-game schedule will see the Jets play all of their Central Division opponents four times, each with a pair of home and road games, for a total of 28 games. Winnipeg has faced every team in the Pacific Division three times and has hosted and visited all 16 Eastern Conference teams once in the 2026–27 season.
The Jets are busiest in November, when they play 15 games. Winnipeg has played nine straight games this season: six will be back-to-back games as an away team, two will be a game at the Canada Life Center and a game on the road, and one will be back-to-back games in Winnipeg against the Dallas Stars on Saturday, December 19th and Sunday, December 20th. Saturday is the Jets’ busiest day, with the team playing 19 times.
The television broadcast schedule will be published soon. Most Jets games will be available on TSN3, TSN.ca and the TSN app, with the remainder streaming on Rogers Sportsnet and Amazon Prime. This season, all 84 games will once again be broadcast on Global News Radio 680 CJOB (CJOB AM) and will also be simulcast on Power 97.
