In a stock exchange filing dated July 8, Groww said its board of directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, July 15, to review and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The statement did not provide any details about the dividend declaration.

First Quarter Growth Results: Trading Window Closing
As per SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for transactions in the securities of a company is closed from July 1 until 48 hours after the announcement of results for the first quarter of FY27.

First Quarter Growth Results: Earnings Report
The company has scheduled an earnings conference call on July 15 at 2:30 p.m. to discuss first-quarter fiscal 2027 results with investors and analysts.

Growth in results for the 4th quarter of FY26
Billionbrains Garage Ventures reported 122.1% YoY growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 686.35 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 309.09 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue from operations grew 87.9% YoY to Rs 1,505.37 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 801.01 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.

Groww shares have gained 8.92% over the past five trading sessions. The stock is up 8.01% over the past month and 27.83% over the past six months. Since the beginning of the year it has grown by 33.78%. Since listing in November 2025, the stock has risen more than 86%.
