ChatGPT was down for about 45 minutes.
OpenAI has confirmed on its status website that there are “elevated bugs” affecting ChatGPT. During the crash, when I tried to access ChatGPT on the web, all that loaded was an error message. The company confirmed that affected services had been restored at 8:39 pm ET.
Update: OpenAI reports that the issues have been resolved.
