King Charles III welcomed his son Harry and his family on Friday. More details are now emerging about the meeting at Highgrove House.

Buckingham Palace said it would not make any details of the “private family event” public. British media are now reporting few details surrounding Charles’s appointment at the country estate of Highgrove House in the English county of Gloucestershire.

According to Britain’s Daily Mail, Harry and his family arrived at Highgrove House between 3:30 p.m. and 16:00. on Friday afternoon and was there for over an hour. They met in a relaxed atmosphere. At the meeting, King Charles III was able to guide the two USA hug her living grandchildren, aged seven and five, for the first time since 2022. He also hasn’t seen his sister-in-law Megan since then. The meeting with his son Harry took place in September at Clarence House, the residence of the 77-year-old monarch in London.

On Saturday after the meeting, Harry attended another public event. But without Megan and the children. He took part in goat yoga while visiting Scotty’s Little Soldier in Warwickshire, which cares for the families of fallen servicemen. The 41-year-old was enthusiastic and in good spirits. According to the Daily Mail, he said: “I love being here – it’s the highlight of my month. In fact, the highlight of the last few months.”

Visiting the mother’s family

As for what they’re doing away from the press cameras, the family appears to be spending weekends at Althorp House, the childhood home of Harry’s late mother. According to the British newspaper Express, Harry was seen on Saturday leaving the estate of his uncle Earl Spencer, from where he traveled to Warwickshire.
