Capacities for collecting and processing animal carcasses on Finistère farms are gradually returning to normal.
As of July 3, 2026, 378 poultry and pig farms were using the burial system, and a total of 753 tons of dead animals were buried. Each interested farm received individual support with a response tailored to each situation, with the help of a hydrogeologist.
