The top prize comes with a lump sum payout of $262.8 million.
This is not the only major lottery prize currently available. The Mega Millions jackpot has grown to about $800 million after months without a winner.

Powerball results for July 25, 2026
The winning numbers for Saturday’s drawing were: 3-4-24-36-47, Powerball 17 with a Power Play multiplier of 4x.

When are the Powerball drawings and how much do tickets cost?
Powerball drawings take place three times a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday—with numbers broadcast live around 10:59 p.m. ET (7:59 p.m. PT). Ticket sales generally stop approximately one hour before each drawing, although the exact cutoff time varies by state.
Each Powerball ticket costs $2 per game. Players select five numbers from 1 to 69 and one Powerball number from 1 to 26 or can choose automatic quick pick.
For an additional $1 per play, players can add Power Play, which multiplies non-jackpot prizes by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x, depending on the multiplier played that night. Powerball is sold in 45 states, Washington, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
