Who’s coming back
Ashton Jeanty had a promising but difficult rookie campaign.
Despite several offensive line combinations and a midseason offensive coordinator change, the 2025 first-rounder still led all rookies in rushing yards (975) and scrimmage yards (1,321). He was equally valuable as a pass catcher, adding 55 receptions and five receiving touchdowns. Jinty’s five touchdowns tied him with wide receiver Tre Tucker for second on the team.
“Just paying more attention to detail,” Jeanty said of his mentality heading into his sophomore year, “what the defense does, how we block things, coverage, all that stuff. So it’s definitely slowing down and I think it’s just repetition as well. The more you repeat this, the more the game slows down.”
Two more running backs will return in Chris Collier and 2024 sixth-round pick Dylan Laube. Collier signed a reserve/future contract in January after spending part of last season on the practice squad. Laube saw limited carries in 2025 but played a big role on special teams. He averaged 25.9 yards per kick return and his 855-yard kick return ranked 10th in the league.
