A British YouTuber and musician bit and punched a young fan after a concert while he sexually assaulted her, a court has been told.

Rapper Yung Philly, 30, has pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexually penetrating a 20-year-old woman without her consent in a Perth hotel room in September 2024.
The artist, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, also denies obstructing the woman’s breathing by pressing on her neck and three counts of assault causing bodily harm.
Barrientos and the woman initially had consensual sex in the entertainer’s suite at the Intercontinental Hotel, prosecutor Danielle Clarke told the Western Australian District Court on Monday.
But Barrientos became aggressive and began biting and hitting the woman and then raped her several times, Clarke said in her opening statement.
“What should have been an exciting evening meeting her celebrity crush Yung Philly was fun until it wasn’t,” she said.
The woman is said to have suffered multiple injuries during the attack, including extensive bruising to her face and neck and bite wounds to her right breast.
The court heard the woman was a fan of Barrientos and attended the gig at the bar in Perth’s northern suburbs wearing her favorite lucky white top.
After Barrientos’s performance, the woman was invited to the VIP area, where she met the musician.
He told her, “You’re going out with me tonight,” before putting his hand down her pants, Clarke said.
The couple left the site around 3 a.m., accompanied by the rapper’s male entourage.
The woman believed she was being taken to a party, Clarke said.
Instead, they went to Barrientos’ hotel, where one of his escorts took her phone and the artist took her to room 217.
During sex, Barrientos allegedly bit the woman several times in the neck and chest.

“The bites were painful and (the woman) said, ‘Ouch,’ and told the defendant to be gentle,” Clarke said.
Barrientos allegedly told her to stop talking and bit her harder before slapping her.
During the incident, Barrientos told her to say, “I’m Philly’s dirty slut,” but she refused, Clarke said.
It was at this point that the woman began to fear for her safety and consent to sex was withdrawn, prosecutors said.
“She didn’t know how to get out of the situation and decided to do what the defendant wanted,” Clark said.
Barrientos then allegedly raped the woman several times before ordering himself a Wagyu burger through room service.
As the woman prepared to leave the hotel room, one of Barrientos’ entourages entered the room and heard the performer tell him she was “not very good in bed”, the court was told.
Barrientos allegedly grabbed her breast as she walked away and told the guard, “How good are her breasts?”
The trial continues.
