On Saturday, Kuwait came under sustained attack, with the military saying it had intercepted Iranian ballistic missiles and drones and that some firefighters and oil workers were injured while responding to the attacks.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it had struck a US military support center in Kuwait Camp Arifjan and destroyed a radar station in Ali Al Salem Air Base.
Kuwait Petroleum Corporation later said one of its oil facilities had been hit by “repeated Iranian attacks,” resulting in significant damage and some injuries, according to the state news agency.
In addition to strikes on Kuwait, the IRGC struck a facility in Bahrain where US warplanes gathered Sheikh Isa Air Base and an intelligence center, Iranian media reported.
The IRGC also destroyed at least two US fighters And three more planes during a missile and drone attack early Saturday morning on a US base in Al Azraq, JordanThis was reported by Iranian state television.
