This deal was completed for Rs 37 crore. This property is located in Panchsheel Park, one of the most expensive residential areas of South Delhi. According to the report, the price of this new deal has been pegged at around Rs 37 crore, with the land price estimated at around Rs 34,260 per sq ft. With this new acquisition, ownership of the entire building officially passed to Shah Rukh Khan.
Memories after the wedding are associated with home Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan got married on October 25, 1991. They got married in three different rituals, including a court marriage, a traditional Hindu wedding and a Nikah. Immediately after the wedding, the couple began to live in this house. After some time, Shah Rukh moved to Mumbai to devote himself entirely to his film career. It is for this reason that they both have a deep emotional connection with this house.

Gauri Khan designed the house herself. Gauri Khan spoke about the importance of this house in an old interview. He said he was from Delhi and had spent most of his life here. So she wanted to buy and design a house next to her mother’s house, where all the family memories could live under one roof. According to Gauri, every corner of this house reminds her of the different stages of growing up of her children.

I made a “Nostalgia Wall” at home. Gauri Khan said that a “wall of nostalgia” was built in the house, that is, a wall of memories where childhood things are kept. This wall contains Suhana’s makeup brushes, Aryan’s badminton racket, Abram’s first birthday gift and artwork made by Shah Rukh. Apart from this, beautiful antiques and postcards received from Shahrukh were framed and mounted on this wall. Gauri described this place as her favorite corner of the house.
