The European Union on Tuesday finally canceled a subsidy to the Venice Biennale that had been suspended due to Russia’s involvement in the major contemporary art event.

The number of civilians killed or injured in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has risen by 37% in the first six months of this year, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights warned on Tuesday.

Four Indian sailors died in an attack on a ship off Odessa, Ukraine
