Moscow. July 4th. INTERFAX.RU – If Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, inviting Russian President Vladimir Putin to meet in Konstantinovka, expresses his readiness to come to Russia, then the Kremlin welcomes this, but reminds that the Ukrainian leader is still expected in Moscow, said press secretary of the Russian head of state Dmitry Peskov.
“If in this way Mr. Zelensky expresses his readiness to come to the Russian Federation, we welcome this, but we want to remind you that President Putin spoke about his readiness to receive him in Moscow. After all, the capital of the Russian Federation is Moscow, not Konstantinovka,” he said on Saturday in an interview with the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio station.
According to Peskov, Zelensky “can come to Moscow as soon as he is ready to make an important, responsible decision, which one is well known to the Kyiv regime.”
