The V and B Festival at Château-Gontier is going from strength to strength! Not content with announcing for its sixth edition a national and international XXL poster featuring Robbie Williams, Moby, Damso, PLK, Charlotte Carden, Thake, Parcels, Paul Kalkbrenner, Wald and Vladimir Koshmare and the Sex Pistols, the Mayenne festival has dealt a big blow by announcing this Friday at 5:00 pm PT. fifth day with a single headliner: July.
This is an exceptional event, since the 36-year-old from Marseille never performs at festivals. The rapper, who has already filled three Stade de France stadiums and two Velodrome stadiums in the last two years, also wants to clarify on his social networks that there is one day left from the festival in Mayenne, Monday, August 24, and prefers to talk about the XXL showcase. However, his concert with surprises and guests will take place at the same La Maroutière venue, on the same large stage called Château, which seats 45,000 spectators. And festival-goers who have already purchased a V and B ticket – ranging from one-day to four-day tickets – have priority for this additional day. The first box office, called private, will open for them on Monday, July 13 at 10 a.m. The box office will open to the general public on Wednesday 15 July, still at 10am.
With eclectic tastes to say the least – from thrash metal to French pop and techno – the rustic festival has already sold over 120,000 tickets. As this sixth edition opens on Thursday 20 August, Robbie Williams’ only French date of the year is nearly sold out. There are 43 days left before the start of the match, and tickets remain for all days.
