In response, Jimmy Mohamed assured this Friday on Instagram that he “never used violence” against Suaye Mohamed. He explained that he made the decision “not to react or speak out in order to keep his three children together and process this painful separation in privacy, as many families do.”

“I deeply regret that I was not able to save my family,” the doctor continued.

“On the other hand, I say this very firmly: I have never used any violence against the mother of my children.”

The doctor also says that “he does not want to bring this personal situation into public discussion.” “It was just really important for me to be clear about where I was.”
